Miracolo's product problem is to make cooperation valuable while keeping personal agency visible. The guild should expand the player's choices, not replace them.
The strategy layer
The strategy layer is role-based cooperation. A player can build mining strength, solve a resource shortage, contribute to a guild plan, join duelli tra giocatori pressure, or prepare for a seasonal push while still improving their own account.
