Public terms
Miracle User Agreement
These terms describe how Miracle may be used, what players are responsible for, and how game content, wallet actions, rewards, payments, and competitive systems are treated.
Reference model
Key points
This draft follows common game-industry patterns: personal entertainment licenses, virtual content without cash value, account and wallet responsibility, anti-cheat rules, changeable game systems, third-party service risk, and limits of liability.
- Miracle is entertainment software and does not provide investment, financial, gambling, custody, or banking services.
- You are responsible for your wallet, signatures, transactions, tactics, purchases, fees, losses, and compliance with local law.
- Cards, resources, boosts, progress, leaderboard positions, and rewards are game content and may change, reset, expire, or become unavailable.
- Cheats, automation, exploits, abuse, duplicate claims, payment manipulation, and attempts to bypass server validation are prohibited.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miracle is provided as is and our liability is limited.
Acceptance and eligibility
By connecting a wallet, signing in, opening the game, or using any Miracle feature, you agree to this User Agreement and to any additional rules shown in the product. If you do not agree, do not use Miracle.
You may use Miracle only if you are legally allowed to do so where you live and if you have the legal capacity to accept these terms. If a minor uses Miracle, a parent or guardian is responsible for that use.
Entertainment service only
Miracle provides interactive fantasy strategy and collectible-card entertainment. Miracle is not investment advice, financial advice, a securities product, a banking product, a custody service, a gambling service, or a promise of profit.
Any gameplay result, leaderboard result, resource balance, item drop, duel result, season reward, or public pool distribution is part of the game experience and must not be treated as guaranteed income.
Wallets, signatures, and blockchain actions
You control your wallet and private keys. We do not recover seed phrases, reverse valid blockchain transactions, guarantee wallet software, or protect you from approvals you sign outside the rules of the product.
Before signing, you must check the wallet, transaction, network, amount, fee, and destination. Blockchain transfers and network fees may be irreversible, delayed, rejected, or affected by third-party infrastructure.
Game content, virtual items, and progress
Cards, resources, gems, boosters, heroes, city upgrades, recipes, ranks, tickets, points, entries, rewards, and similar items are limited game content for personal entertainment use inside Miracle.
Unless a separate written rule says otherwise, game content has no guaranteed cash value, is not a deposit or stored-value account, and does not create ownership of Miracle software, artwork, systems, reward pools, or intellectual property.
Payments, fees, and refunds
Paid actions may include SOL payments, network fees, pool entries, sponsored duel fees, inventory expansions, enhancement attempts, or other product actions. You are responsible for all payments, taxes, fees, and wallet approvals you initiate.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the product, completed game actions, consumed entries, network fees, and blockchain transactions are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible.
Game changes, seasons, rewards, and availability
We may tune economy values, chances, formulas, limits, item behavior, PvP rules, season structure, reward allocation, anti-abuse checks, UI, content, or availability to improve balance, security, compliance, or player experience.
Progress, seasons, pools, events, leaderboards, rewards, and specific features may be modified, paused, reset, corrected, restricted, discontinued, or made unavailable. No reward, rank, price, chance, or feature is guaranteed to remain unchanged.
Fair play, exploits, and enforcement
You may not use bots, scripts, multiple-account abuse, Sybil behavior, market manipulation, unauthorized tools, reverse engineering, vulnerability exploitation, payment abuse, denial-of-service attacks, spam, harassment, or any action that harms Miracle or other players.
If we detect abuse, suspected fraud, exploit use, corrupted state, duplicate claims, security risk, or breach of these terms, we may refuse actions, remove or correct rewards, lock features, suspend access, void results, block wallets, and preserve logs for review.
Player responsibility and risk of loss
You play at your own risk. You are responsible for your strategy, duel choices, resource spending, upgrades, purchases, wallet signatures, taxes, local-law compliance, and any loss of funds, game content, opportunities, rewards, access, or expected value.
You understand that web3 products involve risks including volatility, scams, wallet compromise, network congestion, failed transactions, smart-contract defects, third-party outages, software bugs, regulatory change, and user mistakes.
Third-party services
Miracle may rely on wallets, RPC providers, Solana infrastructure, hosting, analytics, payment processors, marketplaces, browsers, operating systems, device software, and other third-party services.
We do not control those services and are not responsible for their outages, fees, policies, security, content, failed integrations, unavailable assets, incorrect displays, or losses caused by them.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miracle is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, profitability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, security, or availability of specific content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, lost-reward, lost-token, lost-access, or lost-opportunity damages arising from Miracle or from your use of it.
Updates to these terms
We may update this User Agreement when the game, law, risk model, payment flow, reward structure, or security requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
If we require renewed acceptance, you may need to confirm the updated terms before continuing to use Miracle. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Important note
This public agreement is a product legal draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the jurisdictions where Miracle is offered.
